Piece that comes from 100% pure Iberian pigs, which are raised in total freedom in the Los Pedroches pasture. During the montanera period, they feed on acorns and herbs offered by the natural environment. It is identified with a black numbered seal.
It has a slightly salty and sweet flavor at the same time and a pleasant and intense aroma.
Product presentation: Sheathed in black and in an easy-to-carry ham case.
Keep it in a cool, dry place, ideally between 10-15º C. Avoid exposure to direct light and once opened we recommend covering the cut with the ham's own fat or kitchen paper.
