Rooted in tradition, the Orellana Romero family, with Mr. Carlos Orellana at the helm, has run Jamones y Embutidos La Finojosa for over 25 years, supervising the production process down to the last detail. At the Dehesa Tres Hermanas, the family raises their own livestock, from which they later obtain their Pure Breed Delicacies.

La Finojosa is a founding member of D.O. (Designation of Origin) Los Pedroches. All our products comply with the current regulations regarding grading and labelling. Thus, each and every one of them is easily recognisable based on the raising and feeding conditions of our pigs.
Likewise, our production processes are certified by ISO and Traditional Speciality Guaranteed (TSG) Jamón Serrano.
