The Origin

Jamones y Embutidos La Finojosa is a company rooted in the north of the province of Córdoba, in the heart of the Valle de los Pedroches.

Traditional in character, the Orellana Romero family, with Mr. Carlos Orellana at the helm, has run Jamones y Embutidos La Finojosa for more than 25 years, pampering every detail of the production process. In the Dehesa Tres Hermanas the family raises their own cattle from which they then obtain the Pura Raza Delicacies.

The system of hand slicing, packaging and shipping of Iberian products allows you to enjoy the main delicacies of our land, from home.

La Finojosa Hams and Sausages is characterized by its quality commitment to its products and production processes, which are guaranteed and certified by the quality management standards ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:05, the Iberian Pork Quality Standard and The Traditional Specialty Guaranteed ETG Serrano Ham.

So Same, La Finojosa is the founding company of the D.O. P. Los Pedroches. In its desire to continue progressing and offering higher and better quality products, Jamones y Embutidos La Finojosa S.L. participates in the “IBEDROCHES” research project (www.ibedroches.es)
